WorkFleet is an app for administrators in organisations to manage workers, their documents and assignments, and a fleet with its maintenance and fuel. Accounts are created by the organisation's administrator; there is no self sign-up. The store version is a demonstration connected to a demo server containing invented data only.

Data the app handles

• Account data: name, email, phone (optional) and password (stored as a one-way hash), and two-step verification settings if enabled.
• Data entered by the organisation: worker details (name, nationality, date of birth, phone, email, photo), documents (type, number, dates and a scan), assignments, tasks, and fleet, maintenance, fuel and receipt records.
• Device data: device name, platform, app version and push token, used for "My devices" and notifications, and the IP address in the audit log for security.
• Audit log: who changed what and when, with old and new values.

The app does not collect location or contacts, contains no ads, trackers or analytics, and no data is sold.

Where data is stored and how it is protected

• Data is stored on the organisation's server the app connects to. The demo server is operated by paymentery.com in a data centre in the European Union (Germany).
• Connections use HTTPS, sign-in tokens are kept in the phone's encrypted system storage, and files and photos are never published at public links.
• Push tokens and notification texts pass through Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging to reach the phone.
• Android automatic backup is disabled for the app, so its data is not copied to other accounts.

Permissions

• Internet: to reach the organisation's server.
• Notifications: for document, task and maintenance alerts; you can decline.
• Fingerprint or face: optional app unlock; verification happens in the phone's system and no biometric data reaches the app or the server.
• Camera and photos: only when you choose to photograph a document or attach an image, through the system picker.

Retention and deletion

• The organisation keeps data for as long as it uses the system; its administrator can archive or delete records, disable accounts and revoke devices from the app.
• To delete your account or data from the demo or from a server operated by paymentery.com, email [email protected]; requests are completed within 30 days. Demo data is invented and may be reset at any time.
• Signing out removes the sign-in tokens from the phone.

Children

The app is a work tool for adult administrators, is not directed at anyone under 18, and does not knowingly collect children's data.
